What does a pool maintenance contract include?
A typical Dubai pool AMC includes scheduled cleaning visits, water testing and chemical dosing, chemicals themselves, filter backwashing and routine upkeep of skimmers and baskets. Equipment repairs and part replacements are usually quoted separately — ours are, transparently, before any work is done.
How many visits per week does a shared pool need?
Shared pools carry higher bather loads than private ones, so most townhouse or building pools need three to seven visits per week depending on usage and Dubai Municipality requirements for the pool type. We assess usage and recommend the minimum schedule that keeps the water consistently compliant.
